Sand Lake County Park is a 9-acre park located on 102-acre Sand Lake in Nottawa. Enjoy a day on the large sandy beach or hang out in the pavilion for picnics/cookouts (barbecue available). Grassy and shaded play areas, with handicap friendly parking and play equipment make it a park for everyone. There’s a motorized boat launch and fishing pier, with kayak rental available. Clean modern bathrooms. A great place to end the day after kayaking the Prairie River from Prairie Lake to Lake Templene.
