Position: Substitute Meal Driver

Department: Commission on Aging

Hours:Part time

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Nutrition Coordinator, operates personal or company vehicle to deliver meals to client homes. Assists in packing and loading meals for delivery. Observes seniors at time of delivery of meals noting any problems they amy be experiencing. Keeps log of activities.

Employment Qualifications:

  • Education: The job requires knowledge normally acquired through a general high school education. High School / GED graduation required.
  • Experience: Driving a vehicle. Keeping a log.
  • Certification/Licensure:Valid Michigan driver's license required
